Polar April 28th news: Speedstack 26_05_01 now available / Upcoming event
An extra item of Polar news for you this April and a reminder:
I am delighted to announce release of Speedstack 26_05_01 which includes a new multiple copy / paste structures capability. This is a realisation of a long time request which will speed stackup
development especially in complex HDI builds with repetitive layer characteristics.
Included with Speedstack 26_05_01 are global text search and replace extensions along with a ply count and isolation distance checker.
Minor print enhancements and updates to IPC2581 rev c import and export are also included.

Additional information:
Si Excel 26_03 onwards connects with either Si8000m for impedance calculations, and with Si9000e for both impedance and insertion loss capability.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you have a pre existing Si Excel installation it is recommended you install Si Excel for Si9000e on a separate PC for evaluation purposes.
Once you have installed and licensed your evaluation version a sample sheet to work with Expert mode and showing an insertion loss graph for experimentation may be downloaded from here.
