Polar November news: Updated Si Excel interface for 2026 – advance infomation
The Si Excel interface allows customers to access Polar impedance field solvers via Microsoft Excel(R) function calls.
From January 2026 the legacy 32 bit and 64 bit versions are slated to be replaced by a single product install which:
a) Overcomes some of the latency issues reported with network licenses on the existing 64 bit compatible Si Excel
b) Now includes a full set of functions for all available Si8000 / Si9000 impedance structures in expert mode, where previously only a subset of Si8000 structures were exposed.
c) When deployed supports both 64 and 32 bit Microsoft Excel.
