Polar October news update: Rogers RT Duroid 6010 and 6006 added & Upcoming security update for Speedstack

Two Polar news updates for you.:

1. Rogers RT Duroid 6010LM and 6006 cores added to Speedstack on-line library in response to customer requests.

2. Imminent security update for Speedstack – customers running on recent versions of Windows server have requested
Speedstack migrates from legacy dotnet framework up to framework 4.8 This major task is complete and in testing at
Polar – we anticipate a release candidate in the next two weeks. There is no functionality change – but the
underlying platform has seen a major update. Additional licenses will be available for testing should you wish to
“dry run” before going live with this update. CGen and TRC100 will follow. Si8000m Si9000e CITS and Atlas are not
impacted as they run on other development platforms.
